针对微小型飞行器对空速测量的要求及轻、小、省的原则,提出一种基于热膜流场传感器、能够对低空速精确测量的微型空速计。阐述了利用微型热膜流场传感器实现低空速测量的基本原理,并对热膜流场传感系统进行了性能测试。微处理器对传感器输出信号进行采集及A/D转换,并根据标定时建立的风速与传感器输出的关系进行风速值解算,最终以数字量形式输出。在低湍流度风洞实验测试表明,空速测量系统可快速实现低空速精确测量,测量范围0.5m/s~20m/s,测量精度为0.34m/s,能够满足微小型飞行器的应用需求。
Aiming at the requirement of airspeed measurement and the principle of lightness, smallness and province for the micro-aircraft, this paper proposes a miniature anemometer based on the hot-film flow field sensor which can accurately measure the low airspeed. The basic principle of using micro-thermal film flow field sensor to measure the low airspeed is described. The performance of the hot-film flow field sensing system is tested. Microprocessor sensor output signal acquisition and A / D conversion, and according to the calibration of the wind speed and sensor output relationship between the wind speed value solution, the final output in digital form. In the low turbulence wind tunnel experiment, it is shown that the airspeed measurement system can realize the accurate measurement of low airspeed quickly with the measuring range of 0.5m / s ~ 20m / s and the measuring precision of 0.34m / s, which can meet the application requirements of the micro-aircraft.
