组织往往以“规范”为由,试图抑制异议的存在,却忽略了组织异议这一沟通形式是组织决策制定的重要信息来源,可以帮助组织在多变的环境下快速应对冲击。本文从组织异议的内涵、测量、形成因素、表达形式以及影响结果等方面对现有文献进行了综述,构建了组织异议相关研究的整合模型,并在分析现有研究不足的基础上,对未来的研究重点进行了展望,以期为国内的相关研究提供参考。
Organizations often try to suppress the existence of objections on the ground of “normative ”, and ignore the organizational objection. This form of communication is an important source of information for organizational decision-making and can help organizations respond quickly to changes in a changing environment. This paper summarizes the existing literature on the connotation, measurement, formation factors, forms of expression and impact results of the organizational dissent, constructs an integrated model of the relevant research on organizational dissent, and on the basis of analyzing the existing research deficiencies, The research focuses on the prospects for the domestic research to provide reference.
