论中学法治教育的价值追求——兼谈《青少年法治教育大纲》教学建议

2016年7月,《青少年法治教育大纲》正式发布;2016年9月,各地初中起始年级开始使用《道德与法治》教材。如何落实《青少年法治教育大纲》要求,切实开展青少年法治教育,成为教师尤其是政治课教师必须深入思考的问题。我刊本期特别约请连云港市政治教研员崔维云老师,从法治教育的价值追求层面解读《青少年法治教育大纲》,并探讨具体实施法治教育的教学建议,希望能对广大一线教师有所帮助。 In July 2016, the “Outline of the Rule of Law for the Teaching of Children and Adolescents” was officially released. In September 2016, the textbooks on “Morality and Rule of Law” began to be used in the initial grades of junior high schools throughout the country. How to implement the requirements of the “Outline of the Law Education for Youth and Young People” and earnestly carry out education on the rule of law and education for the young have become issues that teachers, especially political teachers, must think in depth. In the period of my issue, Li Cui-yun, a political researcher in Lianyungang, specially invited Lianyungang City political researcher Cui Weiyun to interpret “Juvenile Law Education Syllabus” from the perspective of value pursuit of law education and to discuss the teaching suggestions of implementing law education in the hope of helping frontline teachers.
