目的探讨乌灵菌粉对实验性动脉粥样硬化兔的抗氧化系统及炎症因子的影响。方法建立兔的动脉粥样硬化模型,同时连续给予乌灵菌粉(100 mg·kg-1·d-1)12周,测定兔血浆中总胆固醇、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、丙二醛(MDA)、C反应蛋白(CRP),白介素6,肿瘤坏死因子含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力,并观察主动脉病理学形态改变。结果给予乌灵菌粉可有效减小高脂饲料引起兔动脉粥样硬化斑块的厚度,同时使动脉粥样硬化兔血浆TG、MDA、CRP含量显著下降(P<0.01),HDL-C含量、SOD及GSH-Px活力显著升高(P<0.01)。结论乌灵菌粉能降低动脉粥样硬化兔TG水平及增加抗氧化酶活力,抑制部分炎性因子的产生来达到降低或缓解动脉粥样硬化的目的。
Objective To investigate the effects of Wulin powder on the anti-oxidative system and inflammatory cytokines in experimental atherosclerotic rabbits. Methods A rabbit model of atherosclerosis was established. At the same time, continuous oral administration of Radix Astragali powder (100 mg · kg-1 · d-1) for 12 weeks determined the levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein HDL-C, LDL-C, MDA, C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin 6, tumor necrosis factor and superoxide dismutase (SOD) Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity, and observed aortic pathological changes. Results Wulingling powder could effectively reduce the thickness of atherosclerotic plaque caused by high-fat diet and significantly decrease the content of plasma TG, MDA and CRP in atherosclerotic rabbits (P <0.01) and the content of HDL-C , SOD and GSH-Px activity increased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion Urine powder can reduce atherosclerosis in rabbits TG levels and increase antioxidant enzyme activity, inhibit the production of some inflammatory factors to reduce or alleviate atherosclerosis purposes.
