目的:通过显微鉴定研究,区别天仙子和南天仙子两种易混中药材。方法:组织切片采用FAA试液固定,石蜡制片法进行制备,粉末制片采用水合氯醛透化,稀甘油封片的方法进行。结果:对两种中药材的组织切片和粉末进行显微观察,并利用显微摄影直接照相,两者显微特征区别明显。结论:显微鉴定方法可以准确的区别出两种中药,为天仙子药材2015版《中华人民共和国药典》的显微鉴定标准提供参考,准确区别这两种中药材提供依据。
Objective: Through microscopic identification research, the difference between the day fairy and South fairy two kinds of easy to mix Chinese herbal medicines. Methods: Tissue sections were fixed with FAA solution and prepared by paraffin method. Powdered tablets were permeabilized with chloral hydrate and diluted with glycerol. Results: Tissue sections and powders of two kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were observed microscopically and photographed directly by photomicrography. The difference between the two microscopic features was obvious. Conclusion: The microscopic identification method can accurately distinguish two kinds of traditional Chinese medicines, provide references for the microscopic identification standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of the People 's Republic of China in 2015 version of the fairy herbs, and provide the basis for accurately distinguishing the two kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.
