《教育规划纲要》为未来一个时期我国基础教育的改革与发展指明了方向。展望未来,贯彻实施纲要所提出的坚持以人为本、全面实施素质教育的战略主题,就必须紧紧抓住进一步深化课程改革这根主轴,大力推进基础教育的整体转型。进一步深化课程改革是一项复杂的系统工程,需要政府、学校、全社会整体联动,将“典型引路”作为主要抓手,以创新教学模式为主要载体,努力推动新课程运行的常态化。
The Outline of Educational Planning points out the direction for the reform and development of China’s basic education in the coming period. Looking to the future and implementing the strategic theme of adhering to the people-centered principle of implementing quality education in an all-round way, we must firmly grasp the key issue of further deepening the curriculum reform and vigorously promote the overall transformation of basic education. Further deepening of the curriculum reform is a complicated systematic project. It requires the government, schools and the whole society as a whole to move forward with the “typical guide way” as the main starting point and the innovative teaching mode as the main carrier, so as to promote the normalization of the new curriculum operation .
