信贷和地方财政的投入都能带来新兴产业产值的大幅增加,因此在调整产业结构、转变经济增长方式的过程中要继续予以重视,使得新兴产业的产值在GDP中的比重有所提升。山西省临汾市作为资源型城市,在山西“大动作”整改煤炭资源前,临汾市信贷主要集中于资源行业及相关行业,整改后,传统产业内部各行业的信贷比例正在发生变化,代表了新兴行业的现代服务业得到政策上的有效引导和支持。
