研究待测组分的提取、净化和定性定量的液相色谱条件,建立测定鱼用饲料中的甲基睾丸素(MT)的高效液相色谱检测方法。用95%甲醇来提取样品中的甲基睾丸酮,石油醚脱脂,取部分提取液过中性氧化铝柱净化,采用C18柱,甲醇和水(72:28/V:V)流动相,紫外检测波长为254nm,上高效液相色谱仪分析。检测样品中甲基睾丸素的低限为10mg/kg,当添加质量浓度为2~20mg/kg时,回收率为89.2%~99.2%。
To study the extraction, purification and qualitative and quantitative liquid chromatographic conditions of the tested components, and to establish a HPLC method for the determination of methyl testosterone (MT) in fish feed. Methyl testosterone was extracted with 95% methanol, petroleum ether was degreased, and part of the extract was purified by passing through a neutral alumina column.
