目的:探讨一种在新建大型综合性医院进行科学、合理配置大中型医学装备的方法,从而达到节约医疗资源,最大限度地发挥医学装备的作用。方法:通过对深圳市大型综合医院医学装备的现状调查,采用多参数变量回归法,计算出千门诊病人机器检查数的系数(Y),千住院病人检查数的系数(Z)等指标,最后导出一个变量公式,通过预测医院某个阶段日门诊量和住院病人数,计算出该医院在此阶段所需要配置的具体医学装备数。结论:新建大型综合医院所需的某项医学装备台数,主要与其门诊病人数和住院病人数的变化有关,当地的疾病谱、人口结构对其也有一定影响。
Objective: To explore a new large-scale general hospital for scientific and rational allocation of large and medium-sized medical equipment, so as to save the medical resources and maximize the role of medical equipment. Methods: According to the current situation of medical equipment in Shenzhen General Hospital, using multi-parameter regression method, we calculated the number of machine check-up (Y) and the index of in-patient check-up (Z) The formula of a variable is deduced to predict the number of outpatient visits and inpatients at a certain stage of the hospital and calculate the number of specific medical equipment to be deployed by the hospital at this stage. Conclusion: The number of certain medical equipment needed for new large-scale general hospitals is mainly related to the change of the number of outpatients and inpatients. The local disease spectrum and population structure also have some impact on it.
