寇学臣别署品墨斋主,1969年生.河北青龙县人。1992年大学毕业后留校工作。2001年毕业于首都师大书法硕士研究生班。现任河北师范大学副教授。为中国高教美育研究会理事,河北省书画艺术研究会秘书长,中国硬笔书法家协会理事,河北省书法家协会硬笔委员会副主任兼秘书长。系河北省第九届青联委员,石家庄市桥西区政协常委。十余年来,潜心钻研书法艺术,软笔与硬笔兼施,理论与实践并进,五百余幅(篇)书法作品和理论文章先后在《光明日报》、《中国教育报》、《中国书法》、《中国钢笔书法》等刊物发表,十几次在全国及国际书法大赛或学术研讨会中获奖。参加编写河北省中小学《写字》试用课本(10册),出版有《书法涉步》、《书法教程》、《硬笔书法教程》,《宋词三体字 Kou Xuechen Department Ink ink vegetarian, born in 1969.
