目的比较舒肝解郁胶囊与帕罗西汀治疗帕金森病并发抑郁的效果。方法 78例帕金森病并发抑郁患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组39例。对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗,试验组采用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果试验组治疗总有效率(97.4%)明显高于对照组(76.9%)(P<0.01)。试验组患者1、2、4、6、8周末的评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在帕金森病并发抑郁患者的诊治中应从中医角度进行辨证分析,应用中成药舒肝解郁胶囊可显著降低患者的抑郁指数,从根本病机出发,避免抑郁的再次发生,临床应广泛推广。
Objective To compare the efficacy of Shugan Jieyu capsule and paroxetine in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease complicated by depression. Methods 78 patients with Parkinson’s disease complicated by depression were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with paroxetine, and the experimental group was treated with Shugan Jieyu capsule. The clinical effects of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group (97.4%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.9%) (P <0.01). The scores of patients in the experimental group at 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8weeks were significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions In the diagnosis and treatment of patients with Parkinson’s disease complicated with depression, we should make a dialectical analysis from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. Applying Shugan Jieyu capsule, a proprietary Chinese medicine, can significantly reduce the depression index of patients and avoid the recurrence of depression from the basic pathogenesis. .
