目的探讨中学生心理问题干预方法及其效果,探索适合心理健康的辅导模式,为学校教育提供理论依据。方法从遵义市随机抽取24个班的中学生,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,对实验组学生进行连续18个月的心理干预,并采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对全体学生进行干预前、后测试。结果干预后,初中对照组学生在强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性、其他等7个因子和总症状指数上得分显著高于实验组,实验组学生的心理问题发生率降低;高中对照组学生干预后在人际关系因子、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性、其他等6个因子和总症状指数上得分显著高于实验组,实验组学生的心理问题发生率降低。结论心理干预对改善中学生心理状况有显著作用。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of psychological problems intervention in middle school students and to explore counseling modes suitable for mental health so as to provide a theoretical basis for school education. Methods Twenty-four high school students were randomly selected from Zunyi city and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The students in experimental group were subjected to continuous 18-month psychological intervention and the symptom checklist (SCL-90) Students conduct pre- and post-intervention testing. Results After intervention, the scores of seven factors and the total symptom index of junior high school students in control group were significantly higher than those in experimental group. The incidence of psychological problems among students in experimental group was decreased. The scores of six factors and the total symptom index of interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, paranoid, psychotic, other and other factors in high school control group were significantly higher than those in experimental group after intervention. The incidence of psychological problems in experimental group students decreased. Conclusion Psychological intervention has a significant effect on improving the psychological status of middle school students.
