背景介绍:2007年底,北京市宣武区教委在育才学校举办了“智慧教师,生命课堂”高中课改研究课交流研讨活动,由区带薪脱产培训班的两位教师和区“1-4-1”工程的两位骨干教师做课,共同研究新课改背景下课堂教学方式和学生学习方式的转变,由此,高中课改由关注基础培训转向了关注课堂教学,这里,我们选取其中的一节课,围绕如何在新课改下实现教师的角色转换展开讨论,以引发读者更多的思考。
Background: At the end of 2007, the Education Committee of Xuanwu District of Beijing hosted a seminar on the exchange of “smart teachers, life classes, and high school curriculum reform research classes” at Yucai School. The two teachers and districts of the “paid off-job training classes in the district”1 4-1"The two backbone teachers in the project did a class to jointly study the changes in classroom teaching methods and student learning styles in the context of the new curriculum reform. As a result, high school curriculum reform shifted from focusing on basic training to focusing on classroom teaching. Here, We selected one of the lessons and started discussions on how to implement the role change of teachers under the new curriculum reform so as to trigger more reflections on the reader.
