提问我是一名初中教师,今年教初二年级两个班的数学。开学初,学校提出了同一年级不同班的教学也应该有不同教案的要求。这个要求对我们来说还是比较高的,所以大部分教师是用同一个教案针对不同班级的教学作适当的调整。那如何作好这个调整和有效的准备呢?
Question I am a junior high school teacher and I teach math in two classes of the second grade this year. At the beginning of the school year, the school proposed that different classes in the same grade should also have different teaching plans.
