目的了解独立学院新生的心理健康状况,取得心理辅导的有效数据依据。方法以吉首大学张家界学院2011级的1480名大一新生为研究对象,使用SCL-90问卷对所有被试进行测量。结果大学新生心理问题的检出率为20.91%;除抑郁外,其余8个因子上与全国大学生常模存在差异显著(p<0.05);在总分、躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对和恐怖因子的得分上,女生高于男生,差异显著(p<0.05)。结论大一新生的心理健康水平处于正常范围,但低于全国常模水平,男生心理健康水平高于女生。
Objective To understand the mental health status of freshmen in Independent College and obtain the valid data basis of psychological counseling. METHODS: A total of 1480 freshmen at the 2011 grade of Zhangjiajie College in Jishou University were enrolled in this study. All subjects were measured using the SCL-90 questionnaire. Results The prevalence of psychological problems among college freshmen was 20.91%. There was significant difference (P <0.05) between the other eight factors and the norm of undergraduates in the world except for depression. There were significant differences in the scores of total score, somatization, coercion, depression, anxiety and hostility And terrorist scores, girls than boys, the difference was significant (p <0.05). Conclusions The freshmen’s mental health is in the normal range, but lower than the national standard level. The mental health of boys is higher than that of girls.
