综合性医院的快速发展,除了人才培养及加强医疗运营管理外,科研能力也成为评定医院综合实力的重要指标。科研工作的开展,包括科研经费的投入、使用与管理是医院管理工作的核心内容之一。随着医院获得的科研经费来源多样化,科研项目及经费逐年增加,建立精细化的科研经费核算管理体系,实现科研管理部门和财务部门协作,优化管理流程,提高科研经费使用效率就变得尤为重要。
