基于光栅的表面等离子体共振(SPR)传感技术是近年来光纤传感领域的研究热点。论述了SPR传感器的工作原理、调制方式和光栅耦合式SPR传感器的理论。介绍了该领域的研究成果,包括利用光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)的空芯光纤SPR传感器、利用FBG或长周期光栅(LPG)的普通光纤SPR传感器、利用平面波导光栅的SPR传感器、利用金属表面光栅的SPR传感器及多通道光栅SPR传感器。总结了部分结构优化之后的典型参数,给出了基于光栅的SPR传感器的研究现状和发展方向。
The grating-based surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensing technology is a hotspot in the field of optical fiber sensing in recent years. The working principle of SPR sensor, the modulation method and the theory of grating-coupled SPR sensor are discussed. The research results in this field are introduced, including hollow fiber SPR sensors using fiber Bragg grating (FBG), ordinary fiber SPR sensors using FBG or long period grating (LPG), SPR sensors using planar waveguide grating, SPR sensor and multi-channel grating SPR sensor. The typical parameters after partial structure optimization are summarized, and the research status and development direction of grating-based SPR sensors are given.
