信息技术在教育领域的广泛应用,引发了教育信息化浪潮,教育信息化对教师的素质提出了更高的要求,因此,应从教师专业发展的角度入手,正视信息化资源环境给教师带来的挑战和机遇。新疆农村中小学教师的专业化可持续发展具有特殊性,有必要探讨通过远程教育资源对教师进行在职继续教育的有效途径。
The wide application of information technology in the field of education has triggered the tide of education informationization and the education informationization has put forward higher requirements on the quality of teachers.
