城镇泵站侧向进水间水流流态紊乱,影响水泵性能,给泵站运行带来影响。应用大型商业软件建立侧向进水间水流三维数学模型,采用CFD数值模拟方法分析。结果表明,侧向进水间设置分水导流墙,1#进水间水流流态得到较大改善,回流消失;2#进水间特征断面流速分布均匀度值较变小;设置单一整流措施仍达不到水力最优要求。
Urban water pump side of the water flow into the confusion, affecting the performance of the pump, pump operation impact. The large-scale commercial software was used to establish a three-dimensional mathematical model of lateral inflow, which was analyzed by CFD numerical simulation. The results show that the water diversion and diversion wall is set up in the lateral inflow, the water flow pattern in 1 # inflow is greatly improved and the backflow disappears; the uniformity of flow velocity distribution in the characteristic section of 2 # Measures still fail to meet the hydraulic requirements.
