研究了β-胡萝卜素对体外巨噬细胞(Mφ)抗肿瘤功能的调节作用。结果表明,巨噬细胞的细胞毒作用与其活化程度、靶细胞敏感性、效/靶比值(E/T)有关;10~(-6)mol/Lβ-胡萝卜素对巯基乙醇酸钠培养基诱导的巨噬细胞(T.G-Mφ)细胞毒阻滞效应无显著作用,但显著提高脂多糖(LPS)活化的T.G-Mφ的细胞毒作用,而10~(-6)mol/Lβ-胡萝卜素与LPS联合应用则可显著增加TNF、IL-1的产生。提示β-胡萝卜素可通过增加Mφ淋巴因子的产生,促进Mφ的抗肿瘤活性。
The effect of β-carotene on the anti-tumor function of macrophage (Mφ) in vitro was studied. The results showed that the cytotoxicity of macrophages was related to the degree of activation, target cell sensitivity and E / T ratio. The induction of thioglycollate medium with 10 -6 mol / L β-carotene (T.G-Mφ) did not show significant cytotoxic effect, but significantly increased lipopolysaccharide (LPS) -activated T. G-Mφ, while the combination of 10 -6 mol / L β-carotene and LPS significantly increased the production of TNF and IL-1. It is suggested that β-carotene can promote the anti-tumor activity of Mφ by increasing the production of Mφ lymphokines.
