目的研究在临床诊断头痛性癫痫与偏头痛疾病中采取脑电图检查的临床效果以及诊断价值。方法选取我院自2015年11月~2016年11月期间收治的82例头痛性癫痫以及偏头痛患者作为研究对象,将其作为实验组,同时选取我院同期收治的82例健康体检人群,将其当做参照组,此次研究的所有受检人员均实行脑电图检查,分析对比经检查后两组受检人员脑电图异常率。结果经诊断后实验组患者脑电图发生异常率73.80%显著高于参照组患者脑电图异发生异常率14.28%,P<0.05且数据存在显著性差异,统计学分析之后表示存在意义。实验组偏头痛患者脑电图异常率56.52%显著低于头痛性癫痫患者脑电图异常率94.44%,P<0.05且两组数据差异显著,统计学存在意义。结论将脑电图检查应用于诊断头痛性癫痫以及偏头痛中效果显著,可以有效鉴别痛性癫痫以及偏头痛,值得广泛应用。
Objective To study the clinical effects and diagnostic value of electroencephalography in the clinical diagnosis of headache-induced epilepsy and migraine. Methods Eighty-two patients with headache and migraine admitted in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the experimental group, and 82 healthy people at the same period were enrolled in the study. As a reference group, all subjects in the study were subjected to EEG examination, analysis and comparison of two groups of subjects after inspection EEG abnormal rate. Results The abnormal rate of EEG in the experimental group was 73.80%, which was significantly higher than that of the reference group (14.28%, P <0.05). There was a significant difference in the data after the diagnosis. The statistical significance was indicated after statistical analysis. The abnormal rate of EEG in migraine patients was 56.52% in the experimental group, which was significantly lower than that in the patients with headache-type epilepsy (94.44%, P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups with statistical significance. Conclusions The application of electroencephalography in the diagnosis of headache-induced epilepsy and migraine has significant effect, which can effectively identify painful epilepsy and migraine, which is worthy of wide application.
