目的:观察慢性酒精中毒伴癫痫发作脑电图检测的诊断价值。方法:对150例慢性酒精中毒伴癫痫发作患者的临床特征进行了分析,并作脑电图(EEG)检测和分析。结果:EEG能敏感的反映脑神经细胞的生物电活动。EEG的异常率与酒精中毒对脑功能的损害程度有相关性。脑萎缩的形成与饮酒密切相关。结论:应用脑电图检测能全面反映慢性酒精中毒引起的中枢和周围神经系统的弥漫性损害,为临床提供客观指标。并根据脑电图变化观察癫痫的治疗效果。
Objective: To observe the diagnostic value of electroencephalogram in patients with chronic alcoholism and seizure. Methods: The clinical features of 150 patients with chronic alcoholism and seizures were analyzed and detected by EEG. Results: EEG can sensitively reflect the bioelectric activity of brain nerve cells. The abnormal rate of EEG is related to the degree of damage to brain function caused by alcoholism. The formation of brain atrophy and drinking are closely related. Conclusion: EEG detection can fully reflect the diffuse damage of the central and peripheral nervous system caused by chronic alcoholism, and provide an objective index for clinical application. And observe the treatment effect of epilepsy according to the change of EEG.
