为官者,以当今之含义,应是人民公仆,既负领导之责,又肩决策之任。窃以为,下列几点尚需正确对待: 一.说与做:统筹全局,以理晓人,“说”是必不可少的。倘若只会夸夸其谈,长篇大论,而不愿去为群众办几件实事,即使说得头头是道,天花乱坠,恐也不会有人洗耳恭听的。二.虚与实:“虚”是用政策理论武装群众;“实”是把宏伟目标化为具体行动,故应提倡务虚与务实相结合。但只满足于传达讨论、端正认识、开开会议、发发文件,岂非“空头政治家”?
