“连篇累牍”这个成语常被人误用,错就错在褒贬不分。例如:“在我国重要经济类报刊如《中国经济时报》……上揭露上市公司和金融组织违法违规行为的报道真可谓连篇累牍、屡见不鲜”(《吴敬琏:股市不能太“黑”》,《南方周末》2000年11月2日第1版)。 笔者以为,这里的“连篇累牍”属误用。 “连篇累牍”亦作“累牍连篇”。此中“篇”,是指古代把写有诗文的竹简用绳子或皮条连在一起,“牍”,则指古代用来写字的狭长木板。明乎此,我们也就不难知晓,
