在电火花机床上用来加工锻模型腔的石墨电极,国内目前大都是手工制作的,费时多、精度低且劳动条件相当恶劣,因电极供应不上而影响电火花加工的事是常见的。为了改善电极工人的劳动条件并高质高效地制造石墨电极,遵照伟大领袖毛主席关于“洋为中用”的教导,我厂从法国进口了一台GRAPHIFORM—C型石墨电极成型机,用以代替手工制造石墨电极,经调试后已能投入生产。本文仅简单介绍该机床的加工原理,成型磨具的设计与制造以及调试生产情况,供兄弟单位从事电加工的工人与技术人员参考。
Graphite electrodes used for machining forging die cavities on EDM machines are mostly hand-made in China at present, which are time-consuming, low precision and poor working conditions. In order to improve the working conditions of electrode workers and manufacture graphite electrodes with high quality and high efficiency, following the teaching of Chairman Mao, the great leader, on the principle of “foreign being intermediate”, our factory imported a GRAPHIFORM-C graphite electrode molding machine from France to Instead of handmade graphite electrodes, after debugging has been put into production. This article only briefly introduces the processing principle of the machine tool, the design and manufacture of shaped abrasive and commissioning of production, for the brothers units engaged in electrical processing workers and technical staff reference.
