特立尼达湖沥青中沥青材料特性

近年来特立尼达湖沥青(TLA)的应用日趋广泛,但对其作用机理的研究涉及较少。采用分离抽提方法得到TLA中沥青类部分(ETLA),利用扫描电镜、组分、红外光谱、热分析和动态剪切流变仪(DSR)试验,研究其微观组成和使用性能。研究结果表明:ETLA沥青质含量远超过2种基质沥青,芳香分和饱和分含量正相反;ETLA热吸收峰明显小于基质沥青,热重数据也显示其热稳定性要优于基质沥青;ETLA抗车辙能力远强于2种基质沥青,随角速度ω增加优势更明显,G*/sin(δ)随温度的升高呈幂函数形式减小;ETLA对温度的敏感性也最强,而剪应力τ的影响程度较小。 In recent years, the application of Trinidad Lake Bitumen (TLA) has become more and more widespread, but there are few studies on its mechanism of action. Asphalt fraction (TLA) in TLA was obtained by separation and extraction method. The microstructure and performance of ETLA were studied by scanning electron microscopy, composition, infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis and dynamic shear rheometer (DSR). The results show that the content of asphaltenes in ETLA is far more than that of two kinds of matrix asphalt, the content of aromatic fraction and saturated fraction is the opposite, the heat absorption peak of ETLA is obviously smaller than that of matrix pitch, and the thermogravimetric data also show that its thermal stability is better than that of matrix pitch. The rutting ability is far stronger than that of two kinds of matrix asphalt, and it is more obvious with the increase of angular velocity ω. The G * / sin (δ) decreases with the increase of temperature in the form of power function; ETLA is also the most sensitive to temperature, while the shear stress The effect of τ is less.
