本文采用实证研究的方法,以南京市旅行社专职员工为调查对象发放问卷,运用方差分析、回归分析等统计学方法对回收数据进行分析。研究表明:(1)基于人口统计变量的分析中,不同性别的员工在影响因素的认知上存在显著差异;不同年龄的员工对“劳动合同”和“职业培训”的认知有明显不同;不同学历的员工对“劳动合同”、“社会保险”和“工资报酬”的认知具有显著性差异。(2)影响因素变量各维度对旅行社劳动关系整体认知具有显著的正向影响。
In this paper, empirical research methods, full-time staff in Nanjing travel agents survey questionnaires, the use of variance analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods to analyze the recovery data. (2) Influencing factors The dimensions of the variables have a significant positive impact on the overall cognition of the labor relations in travel agencies.
