荠菜、枸杞头、马兰头这些野生的、没有被污染过的野菜,对于居住在城里的人来说,是春天里的稀罕物,就是在我们农村,也被人们誉为春季三鲜呢。枸杞头,就是枸杞最上端的嫩芽,凉拌或爆炒,是早春里极佳的野味美食。南方多枸杞,枸杞头也是成束出卖的。1991年早春,我在常州参加一个为期半个月的学习班,一次吃完早点,转身到附近一个菜市场里闲逛,有几个摊主家的柜台上摆着扎好的枸杞头,那颜色看起来,翠绿翠绿的,好生让人喜欢!
