笔者自1993～1997年采用中西医结合治疗肠道激若综合征(IBS)60例,取得良好效果,现报道如下。 1 临床资料 近几年我们所经治120例肠道激若综合征均符合1986年全国慢性腹泻学术讨论会成都会议制定的IBS临床诊断参考标准。随机分为治疗组60例:男38例,女22例。平均病程3～5年。临床表现腹痛伴腹泻者24例,腹痛伴便秘者16例;腹泻与便秘交替者20例。对照组60例,男34例,女26例。平均病程3～5年。临床表现腹痛伴腹泻者27例,腹痛伴便秘者14例:腹泻与便秘交替者19例。 2 治疗方法 治疗组:采用中西医结合治疗:硝苯啶10mg舌下含用,每日3次,谷维素20mg每日3次口服。中药则根据病因病机等应用四神丸或人参健脾丸,7日为1疗程。 对照组:采用谷维素20mg每日3次口服,扑尔敏8mg每日3次口服,VB_1 20mg每日3次口服,7日为1
The author from 1993 to 1997 using Integrative Medicine 60 cases of intestinal irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and achieved good results, are reported below. 1 Clinical data in recent years we rule 120 cases of Intestinal irritable syndrome are in line with the 1986 National Symposium on Chronic Diarrhea Chengdu Conference IBS clinical diagnostic reference standards. Randomly divided into treatment group of 60 patients: 38 males and 22 females. The average duration of 3 to 5 years. Clinical manifestations of abdominal pain with diarrhea in 24 cases, abdominal pain with constipation in 16 cases; diarrhea and constipation alternating in 20 cases. The control group of 60 patients, 34 males and 26 females. The average duration of 3 to 5 years. Clinical manifestations of abdominal pain with diarrhea in 27 cases, abdominal pain with constipation in 14 cases: diarrhea and constipation alternating in 19 cases. 2 treatment group: Integrative Medicine: nifedipine 10mg sublingual, 3 times a day, oryzanol 20mg orally 3 times a day. Chinese medicine is based on the etiology and pathogenesis and other applications Sishen pill or ginseng spleen pill, 7 for a course of treatment. Control group: Orally using 20mg of oryzanol 3 times daily, chlorpheniramine 8mg orally 3 times daily, VB_1 20mg orally 3 times daily, 7th day as 1
