目的:观察重组人表皮细胞生长因子衍生物(rhEGF)喷剂辅助治疗手足口病口腔疱疹的疗效方法:选择2012年5～7月手足口病口腔疱疹住院患儿96例,随机分为对照组(n=48)及治疗组(n=48),两组均给予注射利巴韦林、碳酸氢钠溶液漱口等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予rhEGF喷剂喷口腔疱疹处,每日2次结果:治疗组总有效率96.83%,高于对照组的79.17%(P<0.05)。结论:rhEGF喷剂辅助治疗手足口病口腔疱疹可明显缩短病程及有显著的疗效
Objective: To observe the efficacy of recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative (rhEGF) spray in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease, oral herpes. Methods: 96 children hospitalized with hand-foot-mouth disease oral herpes from May to July in 2012 were randomly divided into control group (n = 48) and treatment group (n = 48). Both groups were given routine treatment with ribavirin and sodium bicarbonate solution. The treatment group was given rhEGF spray oral herpes at each Day 2 results: The total effective rate was 96.83% in the treatment group, which was higher than 79.17% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: rhEGF spray adjuvant treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease oral herpes can significantly shorten the course and have a significant effect
