我科1985年来应用洗必泰口腔溃疡膜(简称洗必泰膜,西安康华制药厂生产)在门诊手术修复外伤性鼓膜穿孔20例,取得较好效果。 1 临床资料 20例中年龄15～48岁,平均29岁。病程1小时～5天。均为单耳,其中掌击伤8例,爆震伤4例,挖耳刺伤5例,其它伤3例。多数病人耳道和鼓膜上有少量血或血痂,穿孔均在紧张部,伤在鼓膜前象限11例,后象跟7例,中线(锤骨柄)2例。震伤穿孔多呈梭形或弧形裂孔,长2～6mm不等。直刺穿孔呈圆形或不规则裂孔,一般较小。
Our department in 1985 to apply chlorhexidine oral ulcer film (referred to as chlorhexidine film, Xi'an Honghua Pharmaceutical Factory production) in the outpatient surgery to repair traumatic tympanic membrane perforation in 20 cases, and achieved good results. A clinical data of 20 cases aged 15 to 48 years, mean 29 years. Course of 1 hour ~ 5 days. All of them were single ears, including 8 cases of palm injury, 4 cases of detonation shock, 5 cases of digging ear and 3 cases of other injuries. Most patients with ear or tympanic membrane on a small amount of blood or blood scab, perforation are in tension, injury in the anterior quadrant of the tympanic membrane in 11 cases, like after with 7 cases, midline (malleus) in 2 cases. Shock injury perforation mostly fusiform or curved hole, ranging from 2 ~ 6mm. Piercing perforation was circular or irregular holes, usually smaller.
