在电力、冶金、矿山机械及石油工业部门中存在着固体粒子流冲击磨粒磨损的现象。这种磨损与一般概念的磨粒磨损有共同之点,但又有其特点。尤其是磨粒随流体运动受流体运动参数的影响,如磨粒速度及冲击角度等。在冲击磨损时速度是影响磨损的重要参数,不容忽视。因此简单地采用磨粒磨损原理来解决冲击磨粒磨损问题往往会得不到予想效果。本文主要根据国外研究文献,综述了冲击磨粒磨损的理论发展概况及研究,介绍了冲击磨损的基本知识,影响材料耐冲击磨粒磨损的基本因素以及基本试验方法。为研究冲击磨粒磨损和提高磨损件寿命提供一些线索。
In the electric power, metallurgy, mining machinery and petroleum industry there is a phenomenon of solid particle flow impact abrasive wear. This type of wear has something in common with the abrasive abrasive wear of the general concept but has its own characteristics. In particular, abrasive particles with the fluid movement by fluid motion parameters, such as abrasive particle velocity and impact angle. In the impact of wear and tear speed is an important parameter affecting wear, can not be ignored. In this paper, based on foreign research literature, this paper summarizes the theoretical development and research of impact abrasive wear, introduces the basic knowledge of impact wear, the basic factors that affect impact wear resistance of abrasive and the basic test methods. Provide some clues for studying impact abrasive wear and improving wear parts life.
