毛主席教导我们:“卑贱者最聪明!高贵者最愚蠢”。北京崇文电子设备厂,是一个小厂,没有一个技术专家,设备也很简陋。但该厂的革命工人怀着无限忠于毛主席的红心,遵照毛主席关于“独立自主、自力更生”的伟大教导,发扬勤俭办厂,艰苦创业的“穷棒子”革命精神,狠批了叛徒、内奸、工贼刘少奇的“洋奴哲学”、“爬行主义”,在一无图纸,二无技术资料的条件下,仅用了三个月的时间,在原有500A二氧化碳气体保护焊机的基础上,自行设计制造成功了1200A超粗丝二氧化碳气体保护自动焊机,使我国超粗丝二氧化碳气体保护焊工艺技术又提高了一步。采用这种焊机焊接,效率高、飞溅小、工艺性能稳定、成本低、操作简便。现将该焊机简介如下:
