目的:比较不同居群半夏中总酸的含量。方法:采用电位滴定法,以琥珀酸为对照品,以二级微商法确定滴定终点,测定不同居群半夏中总酸的含量。结果:不同居群半夏总酸含量差别较大,其范围在0.415%~0.591%之间,以四川安岳半夏的总酸含量最高,山东单县的含量最低。结论:电位滴定法测定半夏中总酸含量方法简便、准确、重现性好,总酸在不同居群半夏间差异较大,为半夏的规范化种植、开发利用和质量评价提供依据。
Objective: To compare the total acid content in different populations of Pinellia ternata. Methods: Potentiometric titration and succinic acid were used as reference materials to determine the end point of titration by the second-order commercial method. The total acid content in different populations was determined. Results: The total acid content of Pinellia ternata differed greatly in different populations, ranging from 0.415% to 0.591%. The content of total acid in Pinellia ternata was the highest in Anyue, and the lowest in Shanxian. Conclusion: The method of potentiometric titration for determination of total acid in Pinellia ternata is simple, accurate and reproducible. The total acid in the different populations of Pinellia ternata is quite different. It provides the basis for standardized cultivation, development, utilization and quality evaluation of Pinellia ternata.
