心律平(Propofenone)是一种有局麻作用的Ic类抗心律失常新药,国内已开始用于临床。1.电生理效用:心律平与氟卡胺、英卡胺、劳卡胺等同属Ic类药物,此类药物对动作电位时间(Q-T间期)或有效不应期几乎无作用,但能延长希浦系统的传导时间使QRS波群增宽。心律平可使P-R间期延长15%,QRS增宽20%。
