目的探讨米非司酮、米索前列醇联合雌激素在绝经后妇女取环中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月—2014年8月于蒙自市文澜镇计划生育技术服务中心妇科接受取环的绝经后妇女130例,按随机抽样法将其分为对照组与试验组,各65例。对照组给予米非司酮口服+米索前列醇阴道填塞治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用雌激素阴道涂敷。观察两组宫颈松弛效果、手术时间、术中出血量、术后腹痛时间及取环成功率。结果试验组总松弛率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组手术时间及术后腹痛时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组取环成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮、米索前列醇联合雌激素在绝经后妇女取环中的应用效果显著,可促进宫颈松弛,缩短手术与术后腹痛时间,减少术中出血量,提高取环成功率。
Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone and misoprostol combined with estrogen in the fetus of postmenopausal women. Methods A total of 130 postmenopausal women receiving gynecological gynecology at Family Planning Technical Service Center of Wenlan Town, Mengzi City from January 2014 to August 2014 were selected and divided into control group and trial group by random sampling example. The control group was given mifepristone oral + misoprostol vaginal tamponade. The experimental group was given estrogen vaginal coating on the basis of the control group. Two groups of cervical relaxation effect, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative abdominal pain time and success rate of ring. Results The total relaxation rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The operation time of the experimental group and the postoperative abdominal pain time were shorter than those of the control group. The blood loss during operation was less than that of the control group (P <0.05). The success rate of taking the ring in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of mifepristone and misoprostol combined with estrogen has remarkable effect in taking the ring in postmenopausal women. It can promote cervix relaxation, shorten the time of operation and postoperative abdominal pain, reduce the intraoperative blood loss and improve the success rate of taking ring.
