目的:检测P-选择素(CD62P)和白介素-18(IL-18)在冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块中的表达水平,探讨CD62P和IL-18二者之间的相关性,为临床防治斑块形成和发展提供理论依据。方法:选取65例尸检有粥样硬化的冠状动脉组织蜡块标本,采用免疫组化和图像分析技术检测冠脉中CD62P和IL-18的表达水平。结果:CD62P表达在冠状动脉血管内皮细胞膜上,表达水平增高时,粥样硬化斑块内巨噬细胞增多;IL-18主要表达在巨噬细胞胞浆中,CD62P表达增高时,IL-18表达也增高,二者表达具有相关性,并呈正相关关系(r=0.81,P<0.01)。结论:CD62P和IL-18在冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块中的表达具有相关性并呈正相关关系,提示二者可能在冠状动脉粥样斑块的形成和发展过程中是互相关联的炎症因子。
Objective: To detect the expression of P-selectin (CD62P) and interleukin-18 (IL-18) in coronary atherosclerotic plaque, and to explore the correlation between CD62P and IL-18, Provide a theoretical basis for the formation and development of blocks. Methods: Sixty-five paraffin-embedded specimens of atherosclerotic coronary artery were selected for immunohistochemistry and image analysis to detect the expressions of CD62P and IL-18 in coronary arteries. Results: The expression of CD62P was increased in the membrane of coronary artery endothelial cells, and the number of macrophages in atherosclerotic plaque was increased. IL-18 was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of macrophages, and the expression of IL-18 was increased when the expression of CD62P was increased (R = 0.81, P <0.01) .There was a positive correlation between the two expressions (r = 0.81, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The expression of CD62P and IL-18 in coronary atherosclerotic plaques has a positive correlation with each other, suggesting that both may play an important role in the formation and development of coronary atherosclerotic plaques.
