介绍了双层辉光离子渗镍铬技术在碳钢上的应用。讨论了镍铬共渗层的组织结构和成分、渗层厚度与镍铬共渗工艺参数的关系。试验表明,镍铬共渗层厚度取决于共渗温度、保温时间和试样材料,其变动范围为0~250μm,钢的共渗层中的镍铬含量可以在0~85%的范围内变动,此外还列举了双层辉光离子镍铬共渗工艺在碳钢钢板及碳钢零件上的应用。
The application of double glow ion infiltration Ni-Cr technology on carbon steel is introduced. The relationship between the structure and composition of the Ni-Cr-Co-infiltrated layer, the thickness of the infiltrated layer and the technological parameters of the Ni-Cr-Co-infiltration was discussed. The results show that the thickness of the Ni-Cr coating depends on the co-infiltration temperature, the holding time and the material of the sample. The variation ranges from 0 to 250 μm.
