本文通过对我院急诊 ICU 5年来收治的脑血管意外病人复苏情况的回顾性分析,以对脑血管意外病人进行 CPR 术后的循环复苏成功率与患者年龄、性别以及 CPR 持续时间的关系进行初步探讨。1 资料与方法1.1 病例选择我院急诊科 ICU 自1999年12月至2004年12月共收治脑血管意外病人1127例,男性614例,女性513例,年龄12～88岁,平均63±13岁;其中发生心肺停止者共138例,男性81例,女性57例,年龄36～86岁,平均62±12岁,均进行心肺复苏,收集的数据包括年龄、性别、CPR 持续时
