在对一些特殊模具进行数控加工时,加工工艺参数的选择是否合理与加工质量、加工生产率和加工成本有很大的关系。因为特殊模具的工艺过程比较复杂,计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)技术的出现与发展无疑满足了其进步和发展的需求。数控加工计算机辅助工艺设计的应用,将大大提高工艺文件的质量,更能为企业数据信息的集成打下良好的基础。
In some special mold for CNC machining, the choice of processing parameters is reasonable and processing quality, processing productivity and processing costs have a great relationship. Because of the complexity of the process of special molds, the emergence and development of computer-aided process design (CAPP) technology undoubtedly meet the needs of its progress and development. The application of computer aided process design of NC machining will greatly improve the quality of process documents and lay a good foundation for the integration of enterprise data information.
