野败型水稻雄性不育系花时不正是不育系繁殖和制种的严重障碍。欲通过遗传选种途径和栽培途径解决其花时不正问题均较困难。据报道,三十烷醇对水稻不育系的花时有提前的效应,而对恢复系的花时却没有明显的改变效应(上海植生所,1983)。从而初步肯定了喷洒三十烷醇对杂交水稻制种上调节花时的作用。三十烷醇对保持系花时的效应尚未见报,我们对之进行了初步研究。
The wild-type male sterile lines of wild-type rice are not exactly the serious obstacle to the breeding and seed production of CMS. It is more difficult to solve the problem of improper flowering through genetic selection and cultivation. Triacontanol was reported to have an early effect on the flowering of rice CMS lines and no significant change effect on the flower of the restorer line (Shanghai Institute of Plant Physiology, 1983). Thus, the effect of spraying triacontanol on the hybrid rice seed during up-regulation was preliminarily confirmed. The effect of triacontanol on maintaining the flowering effect has not been reported, and we conducted a preliminary study.
