目的提高厦门市口腔诊疗机构的消毒灭菌效果,规范其诊疗活动。方法 2012年抽查厦门市30家各级各类口腔诊疗机构,依据《医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒技术操作规范》和《医院消毒卫生标准》对口腔器械的消毒灭菌环节进行监督检查。结果厦门市口腔诊疗机构在消毒灭菌选址布局、设备配置、人员培训和效果监测等环节上存在不少问题,且医务人员手及口腔车针消毒灭菌合格率明显偏低。结论应加强法律、法规及消毒灭菌知识培训,增加消毒灭菌效果监测频次,加大监督检查力度。
Objective To improve the disinfection and sterilization effects of oral clinics in Xiamen and to standardize its diagnosis and treatment activities. Methods In 2012, 30 dental clinics of all kinds at all levels in Xiamen were selected for supervision and inspection on the disinfection and sterilization of dental instruments according to the Code of Practice for Disinfection Technology of Oral Medical Devices in Medical Institutions and the Standards of Sanitary and Sterilization of Hospital. Results There were many problems in the dental treatment and treatment facilities in Xiamen, such as site layout of disinfection and sterilization, equipment configuration, personnel training and effect monitoring, and the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization of medical staff hands and oral needles was obviously lower. Conclusion Laws, regulations and disinfection and sterilization knowledge training should be strengthened to increase the frequency of disinfection and sterilization monitoring, and increase supervision and inspection efforts.
