2013年10月1日正式实施的《中华人民共和国旅游法》(简称《旅游法》)是我国旅游业逐步走向正规的里程碑。本文分析了《旅游法》对导游人员的激励现状,包括薪酬制度、等级激励、精神激励等问题,在此基础上提出了进行薪酬制度改革、多方面激励以及加强政府主管部门作用的建议。
On October 1, 2013, the “Travel Law of the People’s Republic of China” (the “Travel Law”), which was formally implemented, is a milestone for China’s tourism industry to gradually become a formal one. This paper analyzes the status quo of the tourist guides’ motivation, including the salary system, the level incentive and the spiritual incentive. Based on this, it puts forward the proposals of reforming the salary system, encouraging people in various aspects and strengthening the role of government authorities.
