The deprivation of political rights in criminal law in China The application of criminal punishment to foreign criminals has always been the focus of great concern. People have different opinions about this. In this regard, this article explores the applicability of the deprivation of political rights in China’s criminal law to foreign criminals and aims to provide ideas for the deprivation of criminal rights in criminal law.
