在国家大力倡导“大众创业,万众创新”的政策背景下,小微企业逐渐成为支撑经济社会发展的重要力量。为了充分发挥边疆民族地区小微企业对经济社会发展的积极作用,本文对该地区599位不同民族小微企业主感知成功因素进行了调查,并对17个成功变量的调查数据进行因子分析,提取了4个公因子,其中,“可控制的非管理特征”被视为是最重要的。结果表明,企业管理应注重培养管理者良好的人际关系能力,拥有较强竞争力的核心产品,培养良好的顾客服务能力,树立良好的诚信形象。本研究为企业实践和政府相关政策的制定提供了有力依据。
Under the policy of vigorously advocating “public entrepreneurship and universal innovation”, small and micro enterprises have gradually become an important force supporting economic and social development. In order to give full play to the active role of small and micro enterprises in border ethnic areas on economic and social development, this paper investigated the perceived success factors of 599 small and micro enterprises in different regions of the country, and conducted factor analysis on the survey data of 17 successful variables. Four common factors, of which “controllable non-management features” are considered to be the most important. The result shows that the enterprise management should pay attention to cultivating managers’ good interpersonal relationship ability, possessing strong competitive core products, cultivating good customer service ability and establishing a good honest image. This study provides a strong basis for the practice of enterprises and the formulation of government-related policies.
