采用水浴振荡法研究微晶纤维素对苯酚的吸附行为,分别考察了pH值,时间,温度和微晶纤维素溶胀处理前后对吸附过程的影响。结果表明,pH=7时,吸附率最大为42%;吸附时间为4h,吸附达到平衡。微晶纤维素对苯酚的吸附,受温度影响较小。溶胀后的微晶纤维素对苯酚吸附效果明显好于未溶胀的微晶纤维素。
The water bath oscillation method was used to study the adsorption behavior of microcrystalline cellulose on phenol. The effects of pH value, time, temperature and microcrystalline cellulose swelling before and after adsorption on the adsorption process were investigated. The results showed that when pH = 7, the maximum adsorption rate was 42%, the adsorption time was 4h, and the adsorption reached equilibrium. Microcrystalline cellulose adsorption of phenol, less affected by temperature. The swelling of the microcrystalline cellulose on phenol adsorption was significantly better than the non-swelling microcrystalline cellulose.
