针对目前高速公路与城市道路间衔接道路缺乏科学合理的综合评价理论体系的情况,以AHP的多级模糊综合评价理论为基础,通过分析国内外相关资料,科学合理地选取了影响高速公路与城市道路衔接方案的评价指标,并对事故率、非直线系数、交通负荷度、平均车速、里程拥挤率、平均延误、建设成本、运输费用、生活环境与生态环境影响等指标进行定性和定量分析,建立了基于AHP的多级模糊综合评价方法,并通过实例说明该方法在高速公路与城市道路衔接线综合评价中的应用。研究结论有助于有关部门对衔接线道路的合理规划与设计。
Aiming at the lack of scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation theory system of the connecting road between expressway and urban road at present, based on the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory of AHP, this paper analyzes the related domestic and foreign data and scientifically and reasonably selects the influencing factors of expressway and urban Road convergence program evaluation index and qualitative and quantitative analysis of such indicators as accident rate, non-linear coefficient, traffic load, average speed, mileage crowding rate, average delay, construction costs, transportation costs, living environment and ecological environment impact indicators, The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP is established, and the application of the method in the comprehensive evaluation of the convergence line between expressway and urban road is illustrated by an example. The conclusions of the study contribute to the reasonable planning and design of the connecting line roads by relevant departments.
