目的:对香鳞毛蕨不同提取液进行体外抗真菌试验,筛选其有效部位。方法:采用回流提取方法,用不同极性的溶剂对香鳞毛蕨进行提取,分为水、95%乙醇、石油醚和乙醚四种提取液,并测定其总间苯三酚的含量;通过纸片琼脂扩散法和试管内药基法研究不同提取液对临床常见的4种皮肤癣菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MFC),评价其体外抑菌效果。结果:香鳞毛蕨不同提取液的总间苯三酚含量依次为:95%乙醇提取液>水提取液>乙醚提取液>石油醚提取液;香鳞毛蕨不同提取液对所选菌种都具有一定的抗真菌作用,其体外抗真菌强度为:95%乙醇提取液>水提取液>乙醚提取液>石油醚提取液。结论:香鳞毛蕨95%乙醇提取液的总间苯三酚含量最高,体外抑菌活性最强,提示香鳞毛蕨抗真菌的有效部位为95%乙醇部位。
OBJECTIVE: To test the antifungal activity of different extracts of Fraxinus mandshurica in vitro and screen their effective sites. Methods: Using refluxing extraction method, different polarity solvents were used to extract Rhododendron fortunei, which were divided into four kinds of extracts of water, 95% ethanol, petroleum ether and ether, and the content of total phloroglucinol was determined. Paper agar diffusion method and drug-in-vitro method were used to study the minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) and minimum bactericidal concentrations (MFCs) of different extracts on the four common dermatophytes in clinic. Results: The total phloroglucinol content of different extracts of Rhododendrom flammunum were as follows: 95% ethanol extract> water extract> ether extract> petroleum ether extract; All of them had certain antifungal effect. The in vitro antifungal strength was: 95% ethanol extract> water extract> ether extract> petroleum ether extract. CONCLUSION: The content of total phloroglucinol in 95% ethanol extract of Rhododendrom gracilis is the highest, and the antibacterial activity in vitro is the strongest, suggesting that the effective site of anti-fungus is 95% ethanol.
