当前高职文科实践教学所面临的困境是,因环境真实程度低,而难以进一步提高学生的实践能力。本文通过对文秘专业各种实践教学手段进行综合比较,归纳出开放式实训课程的种种优势:灵活性、综合性、真实性、促动性和低成本。湖南工程职业技术学院率先对开放式实训课程的目标、内容和考核等做出详细规定,并且精心地组织了实训过程,进一步提高了学生的实践能力,切实地培养了学生的秘书素质。
The current plight of practical teaching of liberal arts in higher vocational education is that it is difficult to further improve students’ practical ability due to the low level of environmental truth. Through comprehensive comparisons of various practical teaching methods of secretarial major, this article concludes the advantages of open training courses: flexibility, comprehensiveness, authenticity, motivation and low cost. Hunan Engineering Vocational and Technical College took the lead in making detailed provisions on the objectives, contents and examination of open training courses, and meticulously organized the training process to further improve the practical ability of students and effectively cultivate the quality of the students’ secretaries.
