通过对宣武区、东城区3所社区医院111名社区卫生技术人员5日服务内容及服务对象情况调查,表明目前社区卫生服务的主要对象是学龄前儿童和老年人,主要内容是常见病、多发病和慢性病诊疗以及儿童计划免疫、健康查体等。医疗服务以心血管系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、运动系统疾病、皮肤和皮下组织疾病为主;保健服务以健康查体和儿童系统保健为主。调查为进一步完善社区卫生服务内容和探讨社区卫生服务适宜工作量标准提供了重要依据。
Through the survey on the contents and service targets of 111 community health technicians in 3 community hospitals in Xuanwu District and Dongcheng District on the 5th, it is shown that the main target of community health services is preschool children and senior citizens. The main content is common diseases and many Onset and chronic disease diagnosis and treatment, children’s plans for immunization, health examinations, etc. Medical services mainly include cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, sports system diseases, and skin and subcutaneous tissue diseases; health services mainly focus on health examinations and child care. The survey provided an important basis for further improving the content of community health services and exploring the appropriate workload standards for community health services.
